Hi, we are a group of friends planning to visit Rome for 3 days with a 16seater minibus. We heard that there is an entrance fee to drive into Rome. We wanted to avoid this by booking a hotel outside of this charging zone. I am looking for a map of the charging zone. Can anyone help please? Thanks!!

It is free! This whole are is on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites List. The City of Rome has a great website with lots of info and really good directions about using the metro .... in English.
Is there a shopping district in Rome? I was in Rome a couple of years ago and saw all the ancient ruins, the Vatican etc.

There are areas for high end shopping (I'm not a big traveling shopper however... I saw them while walking around) Nice boutiques around the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain.
