“Interesting but glossed over Japanese casualties” If it makes you feel any better, I was just in Hiroshima a few weeks ago, and they mostly glossed over the fact that the brutal Imperial Japanese forces plunged the entire Pacific into a horrifically bloody war that lasted for years, and that may have been the cause of the bombing of that beautiful city. I think I saw two small signs commenting on this.

The museum is an interesting attempt to blend a whole lot of local content into a small space, so errors and omissions wouldn't surprise me. Museum folks usually take comments, particularly about errors, seriously and make attempts to fix those, so good for you for pointing them out. Barb C. All museums speak from a particular culture's point of view, so I expect that there are other museums that are more expansive on the Pacific history, while this one focuses on many different aspects of the history that happened in this particular locality.
