Philadelphia’s Fourth of July celebrations are back — and so are the street closures. From Old City to the Parkway, roads will shut down starting Thursday for concerts, parades, and fireworks as the city marks America’s 249th birthday in grand style.

The annual Independence Day fireworks spectacular returns from at Voinovich Park in downtown Cleveland. The event includes face painting, balloon twisting, bubbles, crafts, food trucks, CLE Cotton Candy and DJ Smillz with a fireworks spectacular beginning at dusk.

Mequon-Thiensville, a suburb of Milwaukee held its Family Fun Before the Fourth 4th of July fireworks show a week early to celebrate the 2025 holiday.
