Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) has been the stock everyone is talking about for quite some time -- and for good reason. The company dominates the artificial intelligence (AI) chip niche with a market share of about 80%, and this has translated into record earnings. Even better, Nvidia's focus on innovation means its dominance is likely to last.

That's exactly what has happened with Nvidia. Over the past year, Nvidia stock is up by 166% as the surge in AI investment has been a massive tailwind to the business. Tesla (TSLA) and Nvidia (NVDA) stocks have done well in the past few days as American equities bounced back. Tesla has jumped by over 33% from its lowest point in August and is slowly nearing its highest point this year.

Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA) CEO and founder Jensen Huang has been consistently selling some of his shares for months now. Even though Nvidia achieved several highs in the past few months, he kept selling, which may lead some people to believe that because Nvidia's insiders are selling, they know the business is at the top.
