President Trump has once again extended the deadline for banning TikTok, giving ByteDance more time to avoid a U.S. shutdown.

President Donald Trump on Thursday signed an executive order to keep TikTok running in the U.S. for another 90 days to give his administration more time to broker a deal to bring the social media platform under American ownership.

President Trump signed a third executive order delaying the ban of TikTok in the U.S. if it is not sold by China's ByteDance to an American company.
