Harrison Bader’s late-game heroics and Byron Buxton’s leadoff homer lifted the Minnesota Twins to a dramatic 5-4 win over the Boston Red Sox, capping a rare back-to-back road victory series.

Boston had opened a 3-1 edge on Carlos Narváez's two-run single in the second and Romy Gonzalez's sacrifice fly an inning later. Ryan Jeffers' two-run single tied it in the seventh. Boston's Wilyer Abreu hit a solo homer in the eighth.

Byron Buxton homered and Ryan Jeffers added two hits and two RBIs to help the visiting Minnesota Twins defeat the Boston Red Sox 5-4 on Sunday.
