Gene Hackman, the prolific Oscar-winning actor whose films included what is considered one of the greatest sports movies of all time in "Hoosiers," has died at the age of 95.

He was found dead alongside his wife, Betsy Arakawa, 63, a classical pianist and his second wife, according to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.
