Minnesota weather: No travel advisory in southeastern MN due to white-out conditions
Snow in far southeastern Minnesota has led to near white-out conditions Friday morning, prompting officials to advise no travel.

Minnesota weather: A cooler, quiet and cloudy day Friday
Friday will be breezy and cloudy with temperatures holding in the 20s for much of Minnesota.
As of 6 a.m., the National Weather Service reported 7.6 inches of snowfall at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and 6.5 inches in Chanhassen.
High pressure is back through the weekend, however it remains mostly cloudy, breezy and colder. Expect high temperatures in the 20s Saturday through Monday, with lows in the teens. Wind chills will generally be in the single digits. Temps rebound into the 30s into the middle of next week as a few storms track across the area.
Warm weather has impacted ice fishing conditions in central Minnesota, as walleye season wraps up. Anglers are pivoting to panfish while larger vehicles struggle to access the ice.
Snow will fall across Minnesota today, with a couple inches possible in the Twin Cities and close to a foot possible up north.
