NC State football's game against UNC on Nov 29 th has been officially announced as a sellout. This sellout officially marks the end of the 2025 home season, and 27 straight sellouts represent the longest sellout streak in school history.

The Wolfpack has three opportunities to get the one win needed to play in a December bowl game and extend the 2025 season.

With two wins to close out the month, the Tar Heels would become the ACC's ninth bowl-eligible team. Wake Forest's coming off a win at Virginia that pushed the Demon Deacons to 6-3 under first-year coach Jake Dickert while NC State piled up more than 600 yards in last week's win over Georgia Tech.

N.C. State football heads north for a Week 9 ACC matchup at Pitt on Saturday, Oct. 25 (3:30 p.m., ACC Network) at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The ACC will pay member schools part of its TV revenue based on football and men’s basketball ratings. The rest will be split equally.

The loss to now No. 8 USC should help the Wolfpack determine what needs to be corrected in the weeks to come. A much-needed return to the Reynolds Coliseum is up next for Wes Moore and NC State, as the Wolfpack is set to host Maine (0-1) in Tuesday's home opener.
