Can squirrels be kept as pets in India? While not clearly banned, they are wild animals and unsuitable for domestic life.

To the Editor: House Bill 251 allows for squirrels and raccoons to be kept as pets. I always have the best interest of animals in mind, therefore I am opposed to this bill.
