A drone carrying a Palestinian flag hovered over Twickenham Stadium during England’s Six Nations rugby match against Italy. Palestine Action, the group behind the demonstration, revealed they had targeted Twickenham over alleged commercial ties with Elbit Systems - an Israeli defence contractor.

The Six Nations game between England and Italy was interrupted by a drone hanging a Palestine flag above the Allianz Stadium. The incident occurred with the hosts leading 42-24 in the second half, and play was temporarily held up after the match officials were informed.
