President Donald Trump plans to sign an executive order establishing national standards for name, image and likeness initiatives, according to CBS News. Within the past week, members of the U.S. House of Representatives introduced an amended bill called the SCORE Act (Student Compensation and Opportunity through Rights and Endorsements) aiming to "protect the name,
