CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The Ohio River in Cincinnati crested below moderate flood stage and is now falling, according to the FOX19 NOW Weather Team. The river rose to 55.5 feet at 4 p.m. Wednesday and has fallen to 54.9 feet as of 4:40 a.m. Thursday. The moderate flood stage is 56 feet.
