The Detroit Tigers have signed veteran utility man David Hensley to a minor-league deal, Houston TV reporter Ari Alexander reported Thursday night. Hensley, who turns 29 in March, came up in the Houston Astros system and played briefly in the big leagues in 2022 and 2023.
