Lake-effect snow buries parts of New York
This week the lake effect snow, cold and difficult driving conditions are all coming back initially in Northern New York but then returning to Central New York.
Syracuse, N.Y. -- Upstate New York could be hit with a line of snow squalls today, which could drop a coating of slippery snow amid falling temperatures and strong winds.
