Drake and San Antonio-based iHeartMedia have agreed to a settlement in the rapper's "Not Like Us" petition against the company and UMG.

Texas-based iHeartMedia says it settled its legal dispute with Drake over Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us” after demonstrating that it “did nothing wrong.”

Drake has alleged UMG engaged in “irregular and inappropriate business practices” to get radio airplay for “Not Like Us.”

HeartMedia has settled a court dispute with Drake over allegations the radio network received “payola” from Universal Music Group (UMG) to play Kendrick Lamar’s anti-Drake diss track Not Like Us. In a filing on Thursday (February 27) with the Bexar County District Court in San Antonio,

"We are pleased that the parties were able to reach a settlement satisfactory to both sides, and have no further comment on this matter," Drake's legal team said.A hearing on UMG's motion to dismiss the case was scheduled for Wednesday in San Antonio.

Drake alleged in Texas court that Universal Music funneled payments to iHeartMedia for promotion of Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us."

According to Universal Music Group, Drake has withdrawn certain accusations in his lawsuit and petitions against the music conglomerate and Kendrick Lamar.
