Atlanta Braves insider Mark Bowman poured water on rumors that Marcell Ozuna has been included in trade discussions with the San Diego Padres.

Ozuna has the right to veto any trade the Braves want to include him in due to a stipulation in his contract, and recently, MLB insider Jon Heyman of the New York Post broke down Ozuna’s mindset on that front.

In their trade deadline preview, McDaniel and Passan named five potential suitors for Ozuna, while assigning the three-time All-Star a 70 percent chance of being traded by Jul. 31 at 6 p.m. EST.
