Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police says a deadly shooting at a west Charlotte nightclub is justified. It happened just before 2 Sunday morning at Club Flirt on Wilkinson Boulevard.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – We now know the name of the person shot and killed at a west Charlotte motel over the weekend. It happened just after 9:00 Saturday night on Lucky Penny Street, off of Freedom Drive.
