Labour’s proposed Employment Rights Bill includes a right to guaranteed hours, cracking down on zero hour contracts without the offer of work.

A report from the Resolution Foundation suggests that the Government should focus spending in areas such as health and housing.

The report aims to ‘get some objective truths on the costs’ amid public debate over the growing transmission network, the authors said.
