The Denver Nuggets bounced back from their loss to the Los Angeles Lakers and defeated the Indiana Pacers, 125-116, on Monday. Denver now sits at 38-20 on the season and reclaimed second place in the Western Conference standings.

Jokic set a career-high in assists with 19 as the Nuggets won for the 10th time in their last 11 games with a 125-116 victory over the Pacers. Asked if he still feels the same way about the joy of passing in relation to scoring, he said after the win, “Of course. It’s an easy question.” He was not aware of the new career record, however.

Denver's Nikola Jokic had a career-best 19 assists -- his 28th career game with at least 15 assists, the most by a non-guard in NBA history -- while adding 18 points and 9 rebounds as the Nuggets defeated the Indiana Pacers 125-116 on Monday night.
