Golden State Warriors forward Jimmy Butler was sued last week in Florida on grounds that he allegedly failed to pay $260,000 in rent and had left behind more than $127,000 in damages to a luxury home he had been leasing in Miami Beach.

A trade to the Warriors ended Jimmy Butler's dramatic saga with the Heat, but the six-time All-Star still has unresolved issues in Miami. Less than a month into his time in Golden State, Butler is being sued by a South Florida-based company over damages and unpaid rent for a property he was leasing during his time with the Heat.
