The rapper, who settled with iHeartMedia, suspects that the major label made secret payments and offered reduced licensing rates to third parties to promote the song.

Drake continues to push his defamation lawsuit against Universal Music, which also alleges that the major employed dubious marketing tactics when promoting Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Not Like Us’. Universal’s attempt to delay the case has failed,

"In exchange for documents that showed iHeart did nothing wrong, Drake agreed to drop his petition. No payments were made — by either one of us," iHeart said.

Even though Drake settled a lawsuit against iHeartMedia about the Kendrick Lamar diss track, "Not Like Us," the rapper isn't done fighting yet. Turns out, when it comes to legal action, Drake might just be getting started.
