A bipartisan group of more than 150 former judges criticized the U.S. Department of Justice over its arrest of Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan.

Dugan is charged with helping a man evade federal immigration authorities at the Milwaukee County courthouse. Attorneys call her a ‘stickler’ in the courtroom.
