Tom and Jerry Season 4! Starting next Tuesday, Tom and Jerry’s are back! Each year word gets out about our process and product and each year it grows in popularity. We take a culinary approach to this Buffalo classic and serve it gleefully from Thanksgiving through New Years. Our perfected batter gets made from scratch daily then nitrous charged in an ISI where it sits in a Sous vide water bath at 180*F during the shift to keep it hot and fresh.
