I did not change my mindset by accident. I tested, researched, read, tried things, dropped what did not work, and kept what did. What worked for me came down to two things: journalling and connection. Being around people on a similar path changes how you think and how you see your own life. Shared experience brings perspective. You learn faster, reflect deeper, and stop feeling like you are carrying everything alone. When people come together with honesty, they lift each other up. That matters.
