A simple steam trick we use when my child has a cough 🌿 I fill a bottle with warm water and place a straw inside. My child slowly breathes through the straw for a few minutes. 💡 Why it may help: • Adds moisture to dry airways • Can help calm throat discomfort • Makes breathing feel easier • May help loosen mucus • The warm steam can be soothing and comforting 🚨 Be sure the water has to be warm, no hot! #cough #remedy #momhack #momtips #momsoftiktok
