The process is very easy: * Use packing tape or scotch tape (the cheap shiny kind works best) * Place it over the newspaper print, books page, or magazine area that you want to lift. * Rub (burnish) the tape to get good adhesion *grab the corner of the tape and rip it off * place it in a tub of warm water.
