Here is an ucommon one that we had to give some assistance to. It isn't very often that a cow gets the calf out to this point and can't deliver it the rest of the way. To be honest, I don't really 'know' that she wouldn't eventually have been able to deliver him, but I do know that waiting too long with this presentation would end up with problems.
