A ‘mountain’ of rubbish has been dumped in an Oxfordshire field that will cost £25 million to clear. The cost of clearing the disgusting waste will cost more than the Cherwell District Council annual budget. It is not yet clear who is responsible for the mass wastage covering more than 60m and is more than 10ft high.
