UPDATE 11:45am: Mile Marker 44 on Hwy 2 is where Libby Creek is backing up over the roadway. It is open for traffic, but speeds are reduced to 35 mph and being monitored. Please check the MDT 511 app as road conditions will be updated there. Montana Disaster and Emergency Services is warning of increased flooding in Lincoln County that has affected several key bridges and led to closures on Hwy 2 between Libby and Kalispell as well as Hwy 56 between Libby and Noxon due to water across the roads.
