On Thursday, we assisted with the rescue of a female spider monkey, who was surrendered by her owner during a narcotics-related search warrant conducted by Solano County Sheriff's Office in Vallejo. This little one was transported to our vet hospital, where our staff is beginning to care for her, and gave her a name: Violeta.
